Buyer Guarantee

When you are buying tickets on the Worldticketshop website you benefit from the following guarantees:

1. Your tickets will be authentic and valid.
2. You will receive your tickets in time for the event.
3. You will be entitled to a refund when the event is cancelled.

In order to benefit from the Buyer Guarantees the following conditions should be met:

The tickets you have received appear to be fraudulent and entry has been refused at the venue:

The buyer has to contact our customer service as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the tickets with a prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by Worldticketshop along with a ticket return form.

+ Steps to follow: The buyer must contact the customer service of Worldticketshop within 5 working days after the event took place. Worldticketshop will refund 120% of the purchase price to the buyer to a maximum of € 1000 or two claims under the Buyer Guarantee.

Tickets have not been delivered in time:

Worldticketshop will start an investigation to locate the tickets and determine whether it is failure of Worldticketshop to send the tickets in time, in which case the buyer will be entitled to a refund of 120%. The buyer is not entitled to a refund if there has been a failure in the delivery of the tickets by FedEx or any local courier.

+ Steps to follow: The buyer must contact the customer service of Worldticketshop no later or earlier than 2 calendar days after the tickets were to arrive  at info@worldticketshop.com.

If the event is cancelled:

If the event is cancelled you will be contacted by Worldticketshop by email offering tickets for another tour date and/or to return the tickets within a set time limit in order to receive a refund of the face value of the tickets excluding shipping costs.

+ Steps to follow: The buyer will be asked to return the tickets within the set time limit after Worldticketshop will issue a refund or issue tickets valid for a new tour date. Tickets can only be returned when the buyer has received receipt of notice from Worldticketshop regarding the eligibility for a refund or the issue of tickets for another tour date.
